Ylang Ylang Oil ( Pronounced "Lang Lang") has a  sweet , romantic , dreamy floral scent. It is best used for its possible sedative effects whilst also providing mood elevating benefits. Ylang Ylang may also be used to

• Reduce high blood pressure in some people 
• Develop finer cognitive thinking
• Increase feelings of self worth and esteem
• Relieve asthma symptoms and decrease potential flare ups

When applied to skin and used with a carrier oil Ylang Ylang has antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties

Add 3-15 drops to diffuser and be well.
